Cash transactions are bothersome and unhygienic, not to mention time-wasting! With LoyalToMe, payment is simple and fast. Experience the convenience of cashless payments; you’ll never have to queue at an ATM again! LoyalToMe rapresent an easy way to fidelize your customers.

C. Are there any fees for using LoyalToMe?

There are absolutely no charges for maintaining a LoyalToMe account, or paying with LoyalToMe.

D. How to sign up?

Your vendor will send and invitation via SMS directly to your mobile, no registration, no password or pins to remember. Your smartphone become your wallet.

E. How to activate account?

You can activate your LoyalToMe account clicking on the link included in the invitation SMS from vendor. You may begin paying after an initial recharge is done.

F. How to make payments?

a. open the link present in the invitation SMS.

b. Show the QR code to your vendor

The vendor at own side :

a. Scan your QR code

b. Enter description of the transaction or select from a preloaded list

c. Enter the amount to pay if not a preset

The customer will receive a message on mobile that confirm the transaction.

G. Are there any limits to my usage of LoyalToMe?

The only limit is how much credit remains in your LoyalToMe personal account.

H. Is my personal information safe with LoyalToMe?

All your personal information (mobile phone number and account transactions) is stored by reputable service providers in swiss located datacenter. Sound electronic, physical, and procedural security measures have been put in place to safeguard your information in accordance with the applicable laws of Swizerland. This includes, but is not limited to, safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption. Employees and staff of LoyalToMe will be granted access to your personal information on a strict need-to-know basis, and only if it is required to fulfill their job responsibilities.

To prevent unauthorized use, ensure that your phone is passcode-protected and do not share your LoyalToMe invitation SMS content with anyone.

A. What is LoyalToMe?

LoyalToMe is a mobile payment solution that empowers small businesses. Our unique mobile-to-mobile system eliminates the need for expensive infrastructure such as dedicated Point-Of-Sale systems , RFID and card readers, saving time and cost for merchants. The intuitive app design makes cashless payment collection a breeze, with little or no training required.

B. Why should I use LoyalToMe?

Cash transactions are bothersome and unhygienic, not to mention time-wasting! With LoyalToMe, payment collection is simple and fast. Capture the tech-savvy millennials with cashless convenience and increase your turnover. Super-charge your payment collection without paying hefty credit/debit card-processing fees.

C. Are there any fees for using LoyalToMe?

A montly fee is charged for each terminal (smartphone or tablet) used as POS.

We do not impose any transactions fee.

D. How to sign up as a LoyalToMe Merchant?

Signing up as a Merchant can be done anytime online at

E. How to collect payments using LoyalToMe?

To collect payments, simply login to your LoyalToMe Merchant Account with the POS app on a smartphone and access the Cashier dashboard. Then Scan the QRcode that the consumer show on own smartphone screen. The payment will be automatically and in real time accepted and the amount will be deducted from the Customer Account Balance and a payment notification will be sent to the consumer.

F. How to refund payments?

You may refund a payment by deleting the transaction from the list in the Cashier POS app. Refunds will be credited immediately to the sender’s LoyalToMe account.

Only privileged merchant staff member can perform this operation.

G. Can a staff collect payments on my behalf using LoyalToMe?

A Merchant can appoint a staff to collect payments using LoyalToMe. The appointed staff must own a LoyalToMe user account, and will have restricted access to the Merchant Account using his/her login credentials.

The appointed staff will be able collect payments and delete transactions but only if enabled, Staff account will not have access to other advanced functions.

H. Are there any limits to my usage of LoyalToMe Merchant account?

There are some limits associated with the use of LoyalToMe Merchant account as shown below.

LoyalToMe can be used only to pay goods directly produced by the merchant or for food/drink administration, cannot be used for other kind of sales of goods (depends from country regulations).
